Restrictions

• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our products and services remain with Tiny Ship Sailors. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our products will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiny Ship Sailors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products.

App Store Terms

If you downloaded our app from the Apple App Store or Mac App Store, you also agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. In case of conflict, Apple's terms take precedence for App Store purchases.

Termination

We may terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the software ceases immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
